Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver BAU activities to ensure agreed client deliverables and service levels are consistently met or exceeded.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert and independently resolve day-to-day BAU issues while reducing referrals to home location.
  • •Analyze process gaps, identify trends/root causes of errors, and recommend additional controls to improve quality and timelines.
  • •Take primary responsibility for eliminating aged, outstanding items and clearing exceptions daily; manage work allocation in the absence of the Team Leader.
  • •Ensure current TA processes/procedures/policies are applied across TA business units, maintain preventative/detective controls, and promote a risk management culture.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of overall industry experience, demonstrated through examples/evidence from at least 24 months in the current role.
  • •Good understanding of TA dealing, registration, settlements, payments, and reconciliation.
  • •Detailed working knowledge of TA processes and ability to execute TA BAU activities independently.
  • •Strong analytical skills and drive for continuous improvement, including identifying process gaps and escalating issues appropriately.
  • •Ability to build relationships across locations/functions and communicate effectively, with leadership skills.
