Stagehand

Perform load-ins, setup, and breakdown of band and event equipment, supporting stage production end-to-end. Operate and program spotlight operations and lighting control boards, adjusting focus and lighting to artist/event specifications while maintaining safe, consistent lighting operation. Handle maintenance and repairs for lighting equipment, assist production and audio crew as needed, create/distribute lighting plot plans, and collaborate with visiting production crews to ensure successful shows.
