•Build relationships with key specifying engineering firms and influence designers, architects, and engineers to specify fasteners.
•Conduct technical presentations and training seminars for design professionals on product details, performance, and code requirements.
•Support specification and conversion by partnering with the local sales team and providing technical jobsite support as needed.
•Assist clients with proprietary technical anchor design software, approve contractor submittals, maintain CRM records, and relay customer feedback for future product development.
