Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to final closeout
  • •Work closely with Sr. Construction Manager to track and ensure project milestones are met
  • •Support the procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work meets Rowan’s quality standards
  • •Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve technical issues that arise during construction
  • •Monitor on-site activities to ensure safety and compliance with safety protocols and local regulations

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / civil / electrical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • •Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in construction project engineering, with focus on data center development or large-scale infrastructure projects
  • •Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore), scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6), and document management systems
  • •Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, strong time management and organizational skills, and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
