Key Responsibilities

•Partner with sales, operations, support, and inspection leadership using data-driven insights on staffing needs, capacity constraints, productivity, and process inefficiencies.
•Create, manage, and continuously improve staffing models using historical performance, forecasted demand, productivity metrics, market trends, and SLA requirements.
•Analyze market-level demand, sales growth targets, operational volume, inspection capacity, and service-level performance to identify where staffing and process changes are needed.
•Evaluate workflows to uncover bottlenecks, handoff issues, capacity gaps, and productivity challenges, then recommend solutions to improve efficiency and execution.
•Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting to track staffing levels, productivity, SLA performance, market capacity, workload distribution, and operational effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•5+ years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Workforce Planning, Operations Analytics, or related work.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, diagnose problems, and translate findings into business recommendations.
•Experience building models, dashboards, reports, or analytical tools for business decision-making.
•Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with SQL, Python, or other data querying/modeling tools; plus BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Domo) and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
