Own day-to-day access management for financial crime (FC) applications using least-privilege controls, ensuring privacy compliance and clear operational evidence. Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day access management operations across key FC applications, ensuring least-privilege access with approvals and segregation of duties controls.
•Ensure privacy principles are followed in access processes and tooling, maintaining operational procedures and control evidence to meet regulatory expectations.
•Support Audit/Assurance reviews, remediate findings, monitor and reduce access-related risk, and escalate issues appropriately.
•Redesign end-to-end access journeys to reduce manual steps, turnaround time, and error rates; deliver automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
•Establish measurable outcomes, track benefits realization, and lead, coach, and develop a multi-skilled team while improving operational resilience.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, access governance, or security operations in a regulated environment.
•Strong understanding of least privilege, RBAC/ABAC, privileged access management, segregation of duty, and access recertification.
•Proven track record of process re-engineering and automation delivery using workflow/IAM tools, with experience evidencing controls.
•Experience implementing or operating IAM platforms, plus familiarity with AI/ML use cases in operations and security (e.g., anomaly detection, intelligent triage).
•Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, and relevant security qualifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+, and/or privacy certifications).
