Recruiting Manager

Lead a team of 6+ regional recruiters to drive full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across an assigned region or vertical. Build partnerships with operations leaders to understand hiring needs and job specifications, and own KPI measurement and attainment. Use sourcing and messaging strategies to grow a pipeline of passive candidates, maintain accurate candidate databases in an ATS, and ensure recruiting practices comply with legal standards while continuously improving hiring processes.
