Drive early phases of a BMP rollout by defining requirements, scope, and bundles and leading end-to-end process mapping and impact assessments. Facilitate workshops to gather and validate requirements, translate business needs into structured user stories and acceptance criteria, and support product backlog readiness. Use Jira and documentation standards to enable delivery readiness across business and IT teams, while aligning global BMP standards with local market needs and coordinating cross-functional rollout preparation.
