•Build and scale the Brand Ads business with a long-term commercial and operational plan, defining GTM strategy, pricing, and commercial narrative for Retail Media.
•Lead the relationship with top-tier media agencies and holding groups, shaping multi-year joint business plans and frameworks for collaboration and measurement.
•Develop strategic FMCG partnerships with global and local brands, coordinating across marketing, data, and category teams to drive integrated growth.
•Own the P&L, revenue, profit margins, and investment prioritization, identifying monetization opportunities through partnerships and innovative formats.
•Oversee execution of campaigns (endemic and non-endemic), translate data and insights into actions to strengthen client retention and build a high-performing team.
