Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support data management and analytics initiatives across KYC, screening, transaction monitoring, and financial crimes reporting.
  • •Develop and maintain KRIs, KPIs, operational metrics, and executive reporting dashboards.
  • •Coordinate identification, tracking, escalation, and resolution of production issues impacting financial crimes data feeds and applications.
  • •Perform root cause analysis and partner with technology, operations, and business teams to drive incident resolution.
  • •Support financial crimes modernization programs by improving data architecture, reporting, automation, and risk measurement capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • •3–7 years of experience in risk management, financial crimes, compliance, data management, data analytics, or regulatory reporting.
  • •Experience working with financial services data and business processes.
  • •Advanced SQL and strong data analysis skills to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale data, reporting, or transformation initiatives (preferred).
