Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationalize tribal knowledge into a documented end-to-end M&A playbook and knowledge hub to reduce reliance on a few experts.
  • •Partner with People Tech to design and execute a Tech Efficiency Roadmap, using automation and AI across deal workflows.
  • •Lead People M&A execution from deal disclosure through Day 1, orchestrating recruiting, IT onboarding, and HR operations.
  • •Design and establish single source of truth protocols and data ownership matrices to ensure accurate employee data across systems.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact across People teams (TA, Benefits, PeopleOps, People Partners, Global Mobility) to roadmap, track, and implement People M&A priorities.

Salary: USD 144,900 - 249,050 annually
