Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple project teams and manage the relationship with several top executives across the company
  • •Gradually specialize in one of Adobe’s three clouds and join the extended staff of the EVP/GM for the Digital Experience unit
  • •Provide unparalleled senior executive exposure and create pathways to unique operational and general management roles
  • •Partner with top management consulting alumni and marketing/digital professionals to accelerate long-term growth
  • •Foster cross-functional collaboration with a bias for action and maintain a positive tone in debates to drive outcomes

Key Requirements

  • •6-8+ years of experience at a top management consulting firm or within an equivalent corporate strategy group, including overseeing complex strategy projects
  • •15+ years of total professional experience with growing levels of responsibility; proven track record of leading transformational change
  • •Top undergraduate and Master’s degrees (MBA preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • •Experience operating in an enterprise SaaS environment; prior understanding of software industry, digital marketing or digital media highly desired
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives; creative problem solver with a bias for action
