Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers regarding purchase order production and delivery requirements.
  • •Ensure suppliers have the information and resources needed to meet agreed production and delivery schedules.
  • •Conduct supplier visits to assess order progress, verify milestones, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
  • •Monitor supplier performance, identify recurring issues or deviations, and recommend corrective actions and improvements.
  • •Maintain accurate procurement and scheduling information in SAP, communicate delays/risks promptly, and improve delivery performance and processes.

Salary: EUR 28,000 - 45,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Technical education, training, or equivalent experience relevant to manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or engineering environments, including the ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
  • •Experience coordinating suppliers and purchase orders, logistics activities, and/or manufacturing operations.
  • •Understanding of supply planning, procurement processes, or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems.
  • •Ability to analyze information, track progress, identify risks, and communicate updates effectively.
  • •Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English, with strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
