Job Summary

Embed with strategic Agentic AI Early Access customers to bring AI agents into production. Own the end-to-end voice and conversational experience—shaping how agents sound, behave, and perform—while partnering with Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Agent Experience Design. Configure and tune voices, personas, prompts, and fluency, drive deployments to quality standards, and analyze live conversations to improve agent behavior and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end AI agent experience for Early Access Program (EAP) customers from implementation through production readiness.
•Partner with customers to understand business workflows and success criteria, translating them into agent behavior.
•Configure and tune AI agents by selecting voices, refining personas, optimizing prompts, and improving conversational performance.
•Improve agent fluency using pronunciation tuning, text normalization, domain-specific language optimization, and conversational refinement.
•Drive deployments to quality standards and analyze live conversations to rapidly iterate based on feedback and production performance.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading customer-facing implementations, deployments, or solution delivery for complex technical products.
•Strong understanding of conversational AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI agent behavior.
•Experience with text-to-speech (TTS), conversational design, voice interfaces, or natural language processing is highly desirable.
•Excellent written communication skills to craft natural, consistent AI personalities and conversational experiences.
•Strong customer consulting and relationship management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build trust with executive stakeholders.
