Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce implementation of quality control plans and procedures to meet industry, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Conduct regular quality audits and ensure products delivered meet/exceed customer expectations.
  • •Manage non-conformance and corrective action processes to ensure timely, effective resolution.
  • •Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date quality documentation and manage QA/QC plans and revisions.
  • •Develop and deliver quality training programs and build supplier/subcontractor control systems; support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in quality control and quality assurance, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • •Leadership and management ability to inspire and motivate QA/QC professionals.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) to be successful in the role.
  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, with 5 years relevant experience (2 years GCC is a plus).
