Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and handle customer service requests by diagnosing and correcting problems related to gas-consuming equipment and controls.
  • •Check, adjust, and repair gas control systems and related electrical components.
  • •Adjust, repair, and clean gas-consuming equipment; install and interchange appliance parts as needed.
  • •Investigate leak complaints and make any type of leak situation safe.
  • •Prepare required written reports, assist with on-the-job training for lower classification technicians, and perform required duties of lower classifications.
