Job Summary

Lead global SAP SD implementations and solution delivery in Agile/DevOps environments. Serve as SAP SD SME with strong S/4HANA exposure, overseeing end-to-end designs, integration with FI/MM/LE, and AI-enabled improvements across Sales and O2C. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable, and high-quality SAP solutions and platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and independently drive global SAP SD implementations and solution delivery initiatives across Agile and DevOps environments.
•Act as SAP SD SME, providing functional and technical expertise for implementation, enhancement, and support projects with strong exposure to S/4HANA concepts (Business Partner, Fiori Apps, aATP, Settlement Management, BRF+ Output Management, Embedded Analytics, FSCM Credit)
•Collaborate with BPOs, Solution Architects, Platform Solution Managers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable end-to-end designs
•Support solution/release planning, backlog grooming, estimation, validation, and feature-driven development to ensure high-quality delivery by scrum teams
•Mentor and coach technical leads, developers, and new team members to strengthen team competency and capability development

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience
•SAP SD experience of at least 10+ years
•Minimum of four full end-to-end SAP SD implementations
•Exposure to SAP SD functional domains (Order Management, Pricing, Variant configuration, Availability, Cross selling, etc)
•Integration with SAP FI, SAP MM and SAP LE; experience with FIORI Apps is recommended
