Key Responsibilities

  • •Full-cycle processing of semi-monthly US payroll for 1000+ employees in 38 states and globally, maintaining supporting documentation and authorization for all changes
  • •Create reconciliation reports at month end, fiscal year end, and calendar year end for 401(k), benefits, and equity awards
  • •Prepare and key multiple journal entries for payroll-related items as needed (weekly, monthly)
  • •Assist with payroll compliance matters such as multi-state withholding, garnishments, and annual audits (401(k), workers compensation, external financial audits)
  • •Research and advise payroll staff on the accounting treatment of complex transactions

Salary: USD 108,480 - 135,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance
  • •Experience with multi-state payrolls larger than 1,000 employees including exempt and non-exempt staff
  • •Detailed knowledge of payroll compliance and state/federal employment laws/regulations
  • •5+ years in a payroll function, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • •5+ years of experience processing payroll using ADP WorkforceNow
