Job Summary

Join Intel’s Project Controls Group to support large foundry construction projects in Penang by owning cost controls that help deliver projects on time and at the best cost. You’ll lead cost reporting at the detailed WBS level, drive monthly forecasts and funding requests, enforce controls using schedule/productivity/Earned Value, and consolidate close and POR submissions. Partner with Procurement on RFP-related commercial activities and present financial updates to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

•Own project cost controls to help ensure delivery on time and at the best cost.
•Lead cost reporting including commits approval and tracking at the detailed WBS level.
•Develop monthly project forecasts, funding requests, and related reporting.
•Enforce project controls incorporating schedule, productivity, and Earned Value.
•Consolidate project close and POR (Financial Plan of Record) submissions and provide financial updates to management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction management, Engineering, Quantity Survey, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience in finance and cost control.
•Experience or knowledge in Capital, OpEx/Spending, and FP&A.
•Master’s or MBA degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in Construction Project Controls, Capital, OpEx/Spending, and FP&A (preferred).
•Ability to perform cost reporting, approvals, and tracking at the detailed WBS level.
•Experience enforcing project controls using schedule, productivity, and Earned Value.
