Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure production uptime and service levels for Oracle Cloud OCI environments, including backups, recovery, refresh, performance tuning, and security.
  • •Manage Oracle Cloud OCI platform integrations and configurations to maintain a healthy cloud environment.
  • •Perform routine DBA tasks such as database maintenance, backups, recovery, and upgrades across multi-database environments with large volumes.
  • •Maintain Oracle’s standard architecture and best practices within the cloud and coordinate with infrastructure and IT teams.
  • •Plan and execute upgrades/patch cycles, including cutover downtime reduction and disaster recovery planning.
