Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage medium to large-scale built environment and construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • •Oversee significant phases of projects, maintaining delivery focus across safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
  • •Guide junior team members and contribute to the development of AECOM’s best-practice project management approach.
  • •Manage programme, cost, risk, change, and stakeholder coordination throughout project delivery.
  • •Support client relationships and contribute to work-winning/bidding and business development activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Substantial experience and technical knowledge in project management within the built environment or construction industry.
  • •Experience managing projects with minimal supervision and delivering outcomes as a self-directed professional.
  • •Demonstrate leadership potential, including managing more junior resources, and strong client relationship capability.
  • •Strong project management across programme, cost, risk, change, and stakeholder management.
  • •Knowledge of NEC contracts, construction procurement processes, and CDM Regulations, including health & safety, Building Regulations, and governance.
