Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure studio facilities and infrastructure remain operational and production-ready across soundstages, workshops, backlots, offices, and support spaces.
  • •Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance, including MEP services, utilities, cleaning, waste management, and general site upkeep.
  • •Manage facilities contractors and specialist vendors against agreed SLAs, scope, quality, and response standards.
  • •Maintain asset registers, maintenance schedules, condition reports, lifecycle plans, and performance dashboards; monitor asset condition and service disruptions.
  • •Coordinate readiness and handover activities for productions and tenants, including commissioning close-out, defects tracking, and asset acceptance, in coordination with HSE and other teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Property Management, or a related field.
  • •7–10 years of experience in facilities management, technical asset management, property operations, or infrastructure operations.
  • •Experience managing complex, asset-intensive operational environments (preferably entertainment, production, hospitality, or mixed-use).
  • •Ability to support commissioning, operational readiness, and development-to-operations handover.
  • •Strong knowledge of facilities management, MEP systems, utilities, preventive maintenance, lifecycle planning, and HSE/compliance processes.
