Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate across the Beer Division to create leadership recommendations for annual volume goals and paths to meeting growth needs.
  • •Own forecasting and goal-building models for fiscal-year sales planning.
  • •Partner with Growth, Strategy, Category Management, and Finance to develop KPIs aligned to executive objectives.
  • •Manage cross-functional projects that drive or explain sales results and support sales tracking for spring/fall selling seasons.
  • •Create and maintain monthly and ad hoc sales reporting, interpret results, and recommend process improvements to enhance sales performance tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with emphasis on strategy, analysis, and data modeling.
  • •3-5 years’ experience in strategy planning within the consumer package goods industry.
  • •Highly developed interpersonal skills to influence and drive consensus across all levels of the organization.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • •Strong understanding of IRI, Nielsen, or similar consumer data tools that aggregate large datasets.
