DevOps Sr Principal Software Engineer leading the NeuroWeave team in Austin to design, implement, and evolve core infrastructure used by developers to build, test, deploy, and monitor the NeuroWeave SDK. You will collaborate with R&D, drive observability, ensure security/governance, and optimize CI/CD and IaC practices to support state-of-the-art AI models on Cadence hardware.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and maintain core infrastructure used by developers to build, test, deploy, and monitor the NeuroWeave SDK
•Work with leadership to set direction, elevate best practices, and evolve our infrastructure
•Collaborate with Research & Development to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with daily tasks
•Utilize observability and monitoring solutions for proactive system health management
•Troubleshoot issues across build, deployment, and production systems

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
•10+ years of software development experience
•Understanding of CI/CD platforms and infrastructure
•Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
•Knowledge of Python; Unix environment; version control and build systems
