Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical accounting guidance for complex and emerging accounting issues, including revenue recognition, business combinations, leases, stock-based compensation, impairments, and debt/equity instruments.
  • •Research and conclude on technical accounting matters, documenting conclusions in formal accounting position papers under U.S. GAAP.
  • •Serve as a liaison with external auditors to ensure concurrence with accounting positions.
  • •Perform annual/ongoing asset impairment reviews and provide technical accounting guidance to Finance teams in international regions.
  • •Support acquisitions/divestitures and assist External Reporting with quarterly and annual SEC filing documentation, press releases, earnings call scripts, and monthly close activities as needed.

Key Requirements
