Drive customer connection and authentic selling for the Beyond Yoga brand in-store, combining strong product knowledge with service-oriented behavior. Meet daily store and individual sales performance goals while supporting loss prevention and security. Manage day-to-day merchandise operations, assist with store presentation standards, and resolve customer concerns. Collaborate with the store team and Home Office partners on community events and brand engagement, while adopting new in-store technologies (Shopify knowledge is a plus).
