Branch Manager - Marlin

Manage all facets of a branch, leading sales, customer service, and day-to-day operations to help customers achieve their financial goals. Lead and coach the team to resolve customer issues, meet budgeted production goals, grow both consumer and business customers, and deepen internal partnerships through referrals. Oversee operational, security, risk, and regulatory compliance, support hiring and resourcing, and use tools to identify sales and service opportunities.
