•Operational Performance: Track metrics like cycle time, QA results, and productivity; drive operational improvements; provide performance insights and reporting.
•Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as point of contact for clients; participate in client meetings; coordinate with vendors, contractors, and specialists.
•Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies; support audits and quality initiatives.
