Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Relationship Managers to support business development, prospect cultivation, and new client acquisition.
  • •Serve as a residential lending subject matter expert in client/prospect meetings across the relationship lifecycle.
  • •Perform mortgage prequalification analysis, documentation review, and borrower financial assessments.
  • •Manage the residential mortgage pipeline from preapproval through underwriting, closing, and post-close servicing, including pre-qualification and documentation analysis.
  • •Coordinate with Credit Officers and internal partners on loan pre-screening, credit analysis, transaction structuring, and timely processing/approvals/closings.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10+ years of residential mortgage lending experience, preferably with affluent/high-net-worth/ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • •Originate, analyze, structure, and manage residential mortgage transactions from client engagement through closing.
  • •Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit analysis, underwriting, loan documentation, and residential lending policies.
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex borrower financial situations and recommend lending solutions.
