Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and produce visual materials for internal use, including SharePoint content, one-pagers, and presentation decks for sales and pre-sales teams.
  • •Create visual assets, presentations, and interactive experiences for customers and partners during live engagements and events.
  • •Plan, film, and edit video content end to end, including webinars, executive pitches, short-form innovation videos, and industry trend content.
  • •Build and maintain reusable templates, layouts, and design systems to ensure consistent output and faster production.
  • •Coordinate livestream and video production logistics and support cross-team content and communication initiatives across EMEA.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2+ years of experience in visual design, presentation design, video editing, or multimedia content production, with a portfolio showing design, editing, and visual storytelling.
  • •Graduation date not longer than 2 years (early talent / graduate level).
  • •Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Camtasia (or equivalents), with willingness to learn new tools.
  • •Strong understanding of visual communication, layout, typography, and brand consistency, including the ability to make complex information clear for a general audience.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while collaborating with global, cross-functional stakeholders and following creative direction/brand guidelines.
