Job Summary

Maintain vehicle flow across the lot by executing standardized processes for receiving and shipping, scanning inventory for accurate product status, and coordinating vehicle movement on and off-site. Keep display and work-in-progress zones clean, secure, and merchandised in line with 5S standards. Perform wash/vacuum and Photo Station tasks for customer returns and loaners, support auctions when needed, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute processes per work instructions and/or standardized work.
•Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement with the team.
•Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
•Ensure daily lot maintenance and security of display and work-in-progress zones.
•Receive shipped vehicles, prep title packets for shipping, and complete scanning, wash/vacuum, and Photo Station tasks; drive vehicles on and off lot as needed.

Key Requirements

•Current driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax DSEPS standards
•Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain accurate records
•High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
•Ability to execute processes as defined by work instructions and/or standardized work
•Complete Inventory Associate Workstation Certifications and assigned Workday Learnings
