Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and implement improvements for the assigned team.
  • •Engage, coach, and provide performance management and feedback to team members.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects; lead decisions to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair cost and vehicle quality.
  • •Train associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time and minimize re-checks and production delays.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years).
