Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and troubleshoot process control and automation challenges and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
  • •Apply advanced engineering principles and process control strategies to improve operating efficiency of new and existing automation systems.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process control models and methods that ensure strong outputs, reliability, and efficiency.
  • •Provide technical expertise for capital projects, process evaluation, and project modifications.
  • •Ensure process documentation is regularly developed and maintained.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, ECE, or a related field.
  • •3 years of electrical process control and automation experience.
  • •Experience with Siemens Level I PLC systems, Siemens PCS7 HMI, and Siemens TDC.
  • •Knowledge of Siemens Drives S120, G150, and Simotion controls.
  • •Experience with intelligent motor control centers utilizing Siemens Simocode and AS-i.
