Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow Bump in the Baltic countries and lead all content plus creator efforts for the region.
  • •Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads that people want to watch.
  • •Build and manage a pipeline of Baltic creators and run influencer campaigns with creators and micro-influencers.
  • •Work closely with paid marketing to translate great content into great performance.
  • •Write briefs, provide notes to creators, join daily collaboration in Paris, and support launches, events, and Baltic-focused activations.

Key Requirements

  • •1–5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator).
  • •Experience creating ads content, especially UGC-style content.
  • •Experience managing creators and/or giving creative feedback.
  • •Deep knowledge of TikTok/Instagram trends and the Baltic creator landscape.
  • •A Baltic language plus English proficiency, with experience living in the Baltics; willing to work in person in Paris or remotely from the Baltics.
