Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a high level of customer service and uphold Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor
  • •Engage with members to provide fitness and motivational support while delivering personal training programs
  • •Assist with exercise instruction, correction, and advice to ensure safety and effectiveness
  • •Conduct training sessions and new member inductions, including delivering required classes (e.g., 6D)
  • •Complete required administration (goal setting, daily session updates on the Fitness Enterprise System, and managing client bookings/contracts)

Key Requirements

  • •A level (or equivalent) secondary education or equivalent
  • •Personal Training certified (REPS A level) or working towards enrolled
  • •Complete MY ZONE, 6D and RISE certification via the Fitness First Education Academy
  • •Maintain Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements
  • •Complete ongoing CPD points (IDEA Club Connect) and annual live course requirements
