Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and developing communication plans for timely project updates.
  • •Lead all aspects of project execution, including adherence to contract terms/penalty clauses and liquidated damages, project documentation, EHS guidelines, and compliance with governing agency requirements.
  • •Financially manage projects including cash flow, monthly forecasted cost/revenue and cost at completion, change management, expense monitoring, collections support, and backlog review communications.
  • •Validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract and subcontract documents, conducting internal/external meetings, setting customer expectations, and identifying risks with mitigation plans.
  • •Utilize qualified subcontractors: award subcontracts, manage subcontractor execution, and coordinate communication guidelines for progress, meetings, billing expectations, and project safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management degree.
  • •Experience with project schedules and construction software such as Procore.
  • •Ability to maintain project schedules using tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or multiple infractions) in the prior 3 years.
  • •Either the degree above OR a combination with 7+ years’ experience (as stated).
