Key Responsibilities

  • •Be responsible for total cost management of projects to deliver positive client outcomes, with leadership and innovation.
  • •Carry out cost management and contract administration duties with reasonable supervision and guidance.
  • •Provide accurate and timely outputs, including tender documents/reports and pre-contract correspondence, LOA, and contract documents.
  • •Monitor and verify VO, claims, payments, and final account close-out, and attend project meetings.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports and provide cost management (CM) proactively while interfacing with the client and other consultants across all project stages.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
  • •5-10 years of cost management experience specializing in MEP cost estimating.
  • •Strong analytical skills across MEP trades and full cost management duties (cost estimates, BOQs, value engineering, tendering and evaluation).
  • •Knowledge of contract administration, including change orders and final account close-out.
  • •Experience from a consultancy background and technical knowledge of major MEP equipment/systems (e.g., chillers, cooling towers, emergency generators, power substations, BMS) is preferred.
