Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manpower planning and scheduling with the business unit.
  • •Contribute to hiring plans and talent pools to meet budgeted requirements.
  • •Drive end-to-end recruitment cycle and build proactive talent networks for fulfillment.
  • •Use assessment tools and interview techniques; coordinate assessment centers/open days.
  • •Ensure recruitment stages meet required timeframes and SLAs, with merit-based decisions and offer alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment (attract, source, select, offer management) for designated business division(s).
  • •3+ years of recruitment/sourcing experience.
  • •Strong interviewing and assessment skills, including problem-solving and analytical capability.
  • •Ability to manage stakeholders and contribute to hiring plans and talent pools in a matrix organization.
  • •Experience using an ATS (Success Factors preferred) and knowledge of local labor laws is an advantage.
