•Discover new collaborative opportunities aligned to partners’ short- and long-term plans.
•Maintain partner service quality (e.g., low cancellation/return rates, reviews) to improve conversion and customer satisfaction using data to identify needs and prioritize solutions.

•3+ years of relevant working experience in a client-facing, partnership/client management role.
•Strong interpersonal skills, communication, negotiation, and analytical/logical thinking.

•Practical experience in social commerce/content marketing/influencers and livestream/short-video content (preferred).
