Job Summary

Identify, qualify, and lead strategic projects from planning through execution, building and maintaining a national database of key projects. Drive early stakeholder engagement (investors, designers, consultants, and authorities), track project and tender opportunities, and develop strategies to win key customers. Ensure Sika systems are included in specifications, BOQs, and tender documents, supporting seminars and maintaining CRM (Salesforce) accuracy while meeting sales, conversion, and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, qualify, and lead strategic projects from planning to execution and maintain a national database of key projects.
•Ensure early involvement of investors, designers, consultants, and relevant authorities, and track project and tender opportunity status.
•Develop strategies to win projects for key customers and promote end-to-end system solutions in the Residential/Distribution vertical.
•Coordinate inclusion of Sika systems in project specifications, BOQs, and tender documentation; collaborate with architects, engineers, and specification consultants.
•Support negotiations to convert opportunities into business, coordinate across sales/marketing/technical support/supply chain, keep CRM (Salesforce) up to date, and meet sales, conversion, and margin goals.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree or diploma in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
•At least 5 years of experience in construction materials, project sales, specification sales, or infrastructure projects.
•Strong knowledge of the Slovenian construction market.
•Experience working with investors, consultants, and contractors.
•Good knowledge of MS Office.
