Supervisor Rider On Ground Ops

Supervise on-ground logistics operations by tracking and analyzing zone and district performance, identifying blockers, and directing team leaders toward KPI improvements. Coordinate analytics on 3PL and vendor performance, run biweekly reporting and monthly meetings with 3PL owners, and monitor worst offenders with VP-level updates. Oversee rider onboarding and training schedules, investigate critical on-ground cases with security/control teams, assess internal fleet promotions, and resolve day-to-day operational issues impacting store and zone performance.
