Key Responsibilities

•Develop, modify, apply, and maintain quality evaluation systems, process controls, and quality protocols across supply chain, program management, and manufacturing.
•Ensure products, suppliers, and manufacturing processes comply with customer, regulatory, contractual, and internal quality requirements.
•Lead product and process risk management using PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, PPAP, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Gage R&R, and related quality tools.
•Evaluate and approve engineering changes, process deviations, testing activities, work transfers, and nonconforming material dispositions through MRB processes.
•Lead escape management investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions using root cause analysis to improve performance.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
•Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
•Experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality, or a related discipline within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
•Working knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, PPAP, MRB processes, Gage R&R, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and statistical process control.
