Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical service and support to the sales team and admixture business; conduct product training and demos to sales team, applicators and end users.
  • •Handle customer complaints including site visits and follow-up; prepare investigation reports.
  • •Carry out site visits to ensure systems are carried out correctly and meet customer expectations; build relationships with applicator customers and assess competence via practical assessments.
  • •Assist in product development and production optimization; provide technical guidance and conduct lab tests to share knowledge with customers and internal staff.
  • •Prepare and maintain records of all in-house and external test data; analyze results and communicate findings; ensure traceability and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements
