Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of a project every cycle in partnership with a developer, turning a shaped pitch into a shipped feature.
  • •Conduct research and talk to users to understand problems and guide design decisions.
  • •Design flows and interfaces with care and simplicity, including prototypes beyond static mockups.
  • •Implement designs in the actual product medium with real code shipped to real users.
  • •Help maintain and evolve the design system as the product grows.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience designing digital products with a portfolio showing strong craft and clear thinking.
  • •Strong UI and interaction design skills, with attention to edge cases, motion, accessibility, and empty states.
  • •Hands-on experience shipping UI code (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) or building with modern AI coding tools.
  • •Experience partnering closely with developers and comfort discussing implementation trade-offs.
  • •Interest in user research, including spending time with users (not just artifacts).
