Technical and Energy Manager

Lead energy management and technical optimisation across a portfolio of leisure sites, driving continuous improvements in energy performance and carbon reduction. Analyse utility consumption and performance data to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities, while supporting statutory compliance and ISO 50001 requirements. Collaborate with operational and technical teams to optimise HVAC and Building Management Systems, and support asset management activities including planned maintenance and contractor management. Deliver performance reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.
