Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute enterprise data and AI enablement roadmaps in partnership with the VP of AI and Data.
  • •Drive enterprise data strategy across traditional analytics and advanced AI/ML initiatives while aligning capabilities to business objectives.
  • •Oversee enterprise data foundations, including foundational platforms, reference architecture, and core data solutions for key enterprise domains.
  • •Ensure robust data ingestion and engineering capabilities, including ETL/ELT, real-time streaming, and reliable enterprise-scale pipelines.
  • •Lead AI-ready data capabilities and governance, including semantic layers, ontologies, structured/unstructured integration, data quality/readiness, and data literacy initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of progressive data leadership experience with 5+ years in executive roles.
  • •Proven experience with large-scale data platforms and enterprise application integration.
  • •Deep expertise in enterprise applications including Salesforce, Workday, ERP systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades and enterprise transformation projects.
  • •Strong background in data architecture, warehousing, lakehouse technologies, and building AI-ready data foundations (semantic layers and knowledge graphs).
