•Anchor architecture decisions for an AI/agentic stack (skills, tools, agent loops, evals, memory, observability).
•Identify and automate high-leverage workflows end-to-end with department partners.
•Ship production-grade Python/TypeScript services, internal UIs, and SaaS integrations across a suite of applications.
•Design PostgreSQL data models supporting safe automation, observability, and AI experimentation.
•Provide availability for production support activities during agreed windows and improve testing, documentation, and runbooks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of production experience as a software engineer.
•Strong Python and/or TypeScript with fluency across the full stack.
•Experience building internal dashboards using frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
•Experience designing and operating SaaS integrations at scale (OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, idempotency, retries).
•Deep PostgreSQL and SQL skills with strong testing practice (pytest, Jest, RSpec, or equivalent).
