Job Summary

Partner with cross-functional teams to customize and optimize engineering workflows across CAD/CAE/PLM systems within the ArsenalOS hardware lifecycle. Build practical training that helps engineers adopt tools quickly, backed by hands-on experimentation and user feedback. Understand how engineering data flows downstream, identify overlapping capabilities, and improve speed, traceability, and continuous improvement by troubleshooting deployments, configurations, and ongoing support needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop customizations and optimize engineering workflows so engineering tools do not slow design speed.
•Create training content and provide tips, tricks, and workarounds that make engineers more productive.
•Develop recommendations using hands-on testing and update them quickly based on real-world results and user feedback.
•Understand downstream data flow between engineering systems and optimize for global organizational needs.
•Help troubleshoot technical issues related to deployment, configuration, and ongoing support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a design engineering role building products in a fast-paced environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent).
•Deep expertise in at least one engineering discipline and its associated tool stack (CAD, CAE, PLM, or discipline-specific applications).
•Strong understanding of engineering workflows from concept through production.
•Hands-on experience using engineering design tools and ability to troubleshoot technical issues; must be a U.S. Person (required for export control).
