Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inter-company export shipments primarily across ASEAN lanes (e.g., Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines).
  • •Coordinate ocean/air freight bookings and allocations with carriers and freight forwarders to align vessel/flight schedules with production and target RFS dates.
  • •Oversee export documentation, customs declarations (including K2 forms), and trade compliance requirements.
  • •Manage Free Trade Agreement applications/certifications (e.g., ATIGA, AANZFTA, ACFTA, AKFTA, Form AK, NPCO/PCO) to optimize duties and preferential tariffs.
  • •Gatekeep logistics SLAs and KPIs for 3PLs/forwarders/haulage providers, including freight bidding/benchmarking and demurrage/detention cost mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics or related fields
  • •3-5 years of export process experience (mandatory)
  • •Well versed in logistical supply chain and customs requirements
  • •Experience with web-based ERP systems (plus)
