Lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of AI security guardrails for enterprise AI products. •Set vision, architecture, and roadmap for AI guardrails products; provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams and develop engineering managers and senior engineers.
•Own cloud-native platform design and delivery across Azure and AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
•Align engineering execution with enterprise security, data privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI requirements.
•Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, risk, security, and business stakeholders to enable secure and scalable AI adoption.
•Ensure agile delivery execution discipline and operational rigor, including Jira artifact management, performance/resource feedback, and continuity planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•10+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
•Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, distributed systems and cloud-native platforms on Azure and/or AWS.
•Minimum 5 years managing engineering teams, including direct oversight of engineering managers and senior technical staff.
•Working knowledge of AI/ML and GenAI concepts, including familiarity with LLMs and RAG architectures; plus familiarity with AI governance and compliance principles.
